Can I get Property insurance?
Yes, it  can be added as a cost to the transaction.

Can I physically visit the properties?
Of course, we can supply you with the addresses and lockbox combos.

What if there is litigation on the property?
Highly unlikely, in my 25 years of buying on the Courthouse steps I have never had to give a property back due to litigation.  In the unlikely event this would happen, please review the buyback clause.

Can I use a credit line to invest in a property?

2. CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS
Westminster’s highly trained staff complete a 100-point inspection of the properties both before and after they buy them. This helps us determine whether they are right to buy and we pass on this information to you.

3. THE TIME, LABOR and MARKET FACTOR
Westminster handles it all for you from start to finish. We handle getting possession, fix, renting (if needed), management, listing and resale .To ensure a high probability of selling the property in a target time of 120 days or less, we make sure we do not buy homes that we do not feel will yield a minimum $25,000 net profit and re-sell in less than 120 days.
In the unlikely event that the property does not sell within 180 days, Westminster will buy it back from you at the total amount you have in it.
